drink 2 liters of water every day

i haven’t been drinking water since friday cause when i went to work after labour day week i was fired from my job so was my husband
we are seventh day adventist and we do not work on saturdays.
we do not work friday nights.
any how it has put us into a hard position but i know
God will provide.
i am not going to worry or i will try no to worry
i will try to drink some water today it has been a week now of not drinking water

i had a liter today already so this after noon i will ge having another

i had myn two liters yesterday and had liter this morning my skin is looking better though.

i had my two liters today i am going strong.

i am on my second litre i hope i can stick to this but i had have a box of oreo cookies today i really need to stop with the sweets dieabetes runs in my family and it is what is making me keep the weight on.

i already had a liter this morinig i am seeing my skin clear up compared to the last months of dehydration. This is exciting that if i stick to this i can have the skin i use to have when i took care of myself and not have so many pimples.

i have to come of the salt and sugar that is going to be the hardest thing for me to do since i am addicted to them both.

i have had 2 liters of water at work this week and my skin is all ready looking on the up side i dont have any water at home only tap water which i dont trust but i dont want to get out of the habit of drinking water so i will have some water from the tap to keep up with my goal.

i drank 1 1/2 liters today and i was trying not to pay attention to the donuts brought in this morning to work but my boss said oh you should try it so i did and ended up eating 3 donuts and 6 ice cream sandwiches yes i am addicted to sugar.
i will try to do better tomorrow
