Own my own business

i met with the business mentor and she made a lot of suggestions
i have realized that i have been putting writing a business plan of for a 1 full year
she said i need to have that done the reason why i havent was that it seemed too complicated to do but after speaking with her it was very simple.
she said to do the financial cash flow first then to do the marketing this has made things exciting for me.

i will be meeting with the lady for the business mentoring this evening at 6pm.
i did not meet with the aston guy yesterday for when i tried to check out his website he did not have any so i did not trust him. i will keep trying to look for a cheaper price that give me a good website.

i did some market research this week and called around to my competitors i wrote out what i am offering and now i am on the executive summary part of the business plan this is kind of boring but exiciting at the same time. i am dreading the financial part though i never under stood it even when i took the course.

i was thinking today that i should do massage i am really good at it and it can bring in a little extra money only thing is that i dont have my acredation to do so but oh well i will figure out how i will be able to do this while having my cosmetogogy liscense.

right now i work for a landscaping company and i dont like it here it is not what i want to do but i am doing it just because i need the money i just need to hold on till my husband gets his work permit and has some time working here i will give it till November 2005 i am gone i really dont want to stay here any longer but if i have to i will try pray and try.

I just completed my price list today and found out where i can get some company tshirts printed i will be printing out more broshure once i get a printer also

i went to a three day course on writing a business plan and after doing the course you can apply for a micro loan. This was really the right step in a business direction i needed. i made business cards finally but have not given them out. I assumed a mortgage on a condo so that i would be able to do what i wanted in the place but because of the high mort payments i cant afford it and business is slow cause i have no time to market it cause i am busy working other jobs to pay the bills.
I have clients though who have been referred to me.

I have done these ladies hair and they keep coming back so far i have these clients. I have 12 clients so far and i charged them all 100.00 each.

i made 1200.00 and more for some where repeats jan-aug 05. So what could i have done if i was doing this full time?
