well i had another box of cookies today cause i eat for comfort which just sucks i am feeling so sick
i am just going to have a salade tonight for dinner.

well this morning i had a shake, i feel good so i just need to keep this up if i am going to succeed.

right now i am shopping for cheap food and it is not healthy for i cant afford the healthy stuff i just need to get my finances in order i long to just get the good stuff and take care of myself and family
