that a good way to break a bad habit is to replace it with another habit. I brought a small crossword puzzle book to work, and I’ve been trying to do that instead of mindless websurfing. That plus switching to Thunderbird, which is a little less effortless than Google Reader, for RSS is really making a difference. I wouldn’t say the habits are fully switched out, at all, but I think I’ve taken the first step.
