when I have the physical energy for it. Checking it off and adding it to the “habits marked as done.”

Much to my chagrin, getting serious about graduating AND about my limitations has meant dropping a few of the fun volunteer activities that keep me human. I hope this will enable me to be more faithful to my remaining commitments. And I hope that, as I start to have more money than time (can’t complain about that!), that I can continue to contribute financially to the ones I dropped.
I should do is write weekly or bi-weekly updates on some of my ongoing goals. I try pretty hard not to kid myself about what I’m trying to accomplish, but I bet there are still goals that get ignored for months at a time.
This is really important to my self-image, and the most painful part of my wrangling with depression/ADD/sleep apnea was seeing my ability to do it evaporate. In no small part thanks to 43t, I’m climbing back on the horse.
