quit drinking

I hate to give this up. I’ve had so much fun, enjoyment and pleasure over the years with good drink. I just think it’s time. I’ve mastered being a Steinbeckian drunkard, and I’ve given others great joy in the process. Now it’s time to be great at something new and different with my time and money. I’d knock off about two bottles of wine per sitting three nights a week, with maybe a couple of bottles of Belgian ale to give me a kick start. Good fun, but I think I’ll try to hang it up.
