Genealogy is one of those things where I think you can never complete.
When I went home in October, I spent the better part of 2 weeks doing some researching. Thankfully I didn’t set myself lofty goals as I would have been frustrated. The only goal I had was to find out who my paternal great grandmother was (name). I was lucky enough to do so, however other than her name, not much else to go on.
I feel like I’ve been through a maze and have come to a dead end. The question is, how far to backtrack to keep on going. Makes me wish I had asked my grandmother these questions when I was child and kept the information safe.
