move my photos from photobucket to flickr

Thanks to annoying facebook updates letting me know that I have uploaded hundreds of pictures to photobucket, when in reality I had not logged into photobucket since last August, I now know that I have until 15 July 2010 to transfer all of my photos.

My pro flickr account is not even the one I have linked to my 43things account. Is it possible to link more than one account? It wouldn’t be right to kill my original flickr.

Since 2003 or so, I used photobucket. I was never really excited about it, but it got the job done.

Right before the wedding, I opened a paid flickr account for folks to upload to, and have decided that I prefer flickr to photobucket.

So between now and July, I need to move all of my photos from photobucket to flickr or else they will disappear. I’m not sure if that really happens, but I’d be pretty upset if they did. At any rate, I must move them, because it seems silly to pay for two annual subscriptions for the same type of service.
