I’ve been working out almost every day for about two weeks now, but I’m terrified of weighing myself in the aspect that I might weight even more than before. I’ve been eating very well too, but I’m not sure if it’s enough.

I’ve started to eat healthier, wholesom, organic foods. I feel a lot better and I’m not hungry as much either
Indoor soccer just started, and we had practice today. It felt really good to work that hard, and I hope when soccer starts I’ll be able to loose more weight
I’m not saying “I’m starting today!” because I’m not starting or starting anything. I’m adjusting. I’m not overweight, and I know that. I’m not going fricking anorexic or anything, but I don’t want to have to base what shirt on which ones do or don’t make my stomach stick out. I’m doing this, getting thin. I want to and I am. I have every opportunity to eat healthy and excercise as I play on a soccer team. There’s no reason that I can’t do this.
Except there’s a chocolate layered cake in the fridge yelling my name.
