I asked for and received a shiny new DDR dance pad and game from Santa this Christmas!
I was hoping that getting daily exercise through a fun and energizing game would be the ideal way for me to get active.
I’m well aware that exercise in conjunction with a balanced diet is the best way to lose weight, but you’ve got to start somewhere, right?
I played for a while yesterday and the game kindly informed me that I danced the equivalent of jogging a mile. I’m not quite sure how accurate it is, but that seems like a good start to me!
What other “alternative” ways have you tried to get exercising into your daily life?
