write a book

I found one small publishing house. It’s not the biggest one in the country, but they have a good name and they would be interested in my poetry! I’m really excited about it, because it’s possible that my first book will be out for Christmas :-)Not a big book, but still…a book.

Self-expression is an art.
I am an artist.
I channel the gods of wisdom.
I chant to the goddess of strength.
They are more than willing to assist.
They offer to embrace my being and honor my existence.
I know they won’t judge me before I have proven myself.
If all goes well, I will be rewarded with beauty, passion, empathy…then death.
No need to request immortality, as there’s a whole other world to explore.

I write poems…like somebody writes a diary, I write poems instead of it. I wish I could write a book of them one day. I love my job which is translating books, but I don’t want only to translate, my artistic soul would like to contribute too…
