My regular nights of binge drinking have come to an end except for the couple of slips here and there, free is still dangerous for me, and I hope that this will last considering how detrimental my drinking had become. I was numbing myself from life and drama at work. It was destroying my body, mind, and soul. This form of self-destruction just does not fit in with the healthier lifestyle I am trying to maintain now, nor do I even enjoy drinking excessively to that degree anymore.
