I’ve joined a gym and go three times a week. I also have tried a few of the classes such as Yoga and Body Balance. Everyone is really friendly and although it aches sometimes I feel a lot better

I’ve started getting off a stop earlier on the train and walking. It’s an extra 20 min walk. Not much, but it’s a start.
I really need to get fit. But first I have to find the motivation!
