Which seriously kicked my butt. So, I think I’m going to have to get fit first in order to exercise. I have started walking 15 min. a day and have ordered the newest ed. of Bob Anderson’s Stretching. I think I’d better work on getting my body accustomed to moving and improving my flexibility and THEN I’ll add the resistance bands. Have lost a few pounds and my pants aren’t fitting like sausage casings anymore. ;-)

But this is the method (along with altering my diet) that I have chosen. It seems more time-efficient than cardio and less abhorrent to me personally. I’ll be working with resistance bands primarily but will incorporate some yoga and some walking too.
I had lost 30 pounds but over the past 3 years I’ve let my weight creep up again—I do love to bake! But I refuse to do my clothes shopping at Lane Bryant, so it’s time for me to take action. Not to mention that a better diet and some exercise would benefit my general health in many ways.
I know it’s too too conventional, but the changes start 1/1/2010. I’ve already been testing out some new breakfast recipes, but I’m waiting on the resistance bands I ordered to arrive.
