Wanderers who happened to make it to this page and don’t know who Michael Pollan is, might have heard of his bestseller The Omnivore’s Dilemma. But the rules I’m referring to come from In Defense of Food and Food Rules: An Eater’s Manifesto. Brilliant stuff, not focused on specific foods or nutrients, but the general. His thesis being to “Eat Food. Not too much. Mostly plants.”
