made an appointment to see a financial advisor 23 months ago

I will see her next Wednesday. I’ve also gotten the name of an estate agent (from a colleague). I’ll give her a phone tomorrow and see if she can come and have a look at my flat – and tell me what I need to do to get it on the rental market.

they're a mess 2 years ago

I don’t have big financial problems – just a few credit cards with a few thousand on each of them, no savings, a mortgage which might be better somewhere else, ditto for insurance, loads of things I should sell on eBay, and a couple of folk who owe me money which I should chase up.

I’ll not get onto this for a couple of weeks.
