Back when I started this I was keeping a paper diary. However now I do it on the computer. It is offline – and just in a text file, one-per-month. I think that I might sign this goal off because clearly I am doing it, and I have achieved it.

I’ve been writing every day – and also have been keeping a training (exercise) diary. I’ve been making my entries after I have a shower, before I go to bed. I quite like the ritual – as it is a nice way to end the day.
