This isn’t a great addition; I’ve always known how to make it, but for me it required the use of a hand blender to be able to make consistently due to my total impatience of using a masher doing it manually. The blender does it in 10 seconds. Anyway, I finally found said blender at the shops by complete accident and I am a happy little vegemite. Except I don’t like vegemite, so I’m something else.

I can make Potato Bake.
This is not to be confused with my earlier entry about Potatoes, which I actually can’t even remember what the recipe was anymore. But I remember who to ask.
I don’t know how I missed this, but I’ve been able to make caesar salads for the past 6 or 7 months, thanks to my last trip to Brisbane and my mother for showing me the simple little tidbits I needed to know.
Sort of learnt potatoes/sweet potatoes, which will go good with Vince’s recipe of those two plus pumpkin plus onion, if I can get that all together without blinding myself in the process. But I shouldn’t rush ahead – I haven’t actually done it yet.
Note: Must add vegan recipes to my repertoire. I’ve gotten advice that there’s a new world of food out there that’s worth trying.
Yeah, okay, the scrambled eggs was pretty easy. Basically the egg pancake cooked a bit lighter and turned over on itself. Yummo, by the way.
I can also make nachos, but I don’t know that that counts for a great deal. But it counts!
I can make steak, with sour cream and herb & gerlic salt. Unbelievable stuff, even looks presentable.
I can make an egg pancake, which goes great with onion salt and egg mayo. Originally this was meant to be scrambled eggs, which I still haven’t worked out yet.
