I’m going on a cruise in January and even though there is no way I can weigh 120(it is my ideal weight)by then it has given me an opportunity to really get motivated to lose.
When I started dieting and exercising I weighed 204 (that was three months ago)
I now weigh 189, and have three more months til the cruise. I’m hoping to hit 170 before going, which means 19 pounds to go!

soo I did pretty well the last few days considering
slipped up a few times though.
Had chocolate cake and Ice cream (sister’s b-day), then a hamburger and fries. but that’s about all the slip ups for the week.
plus, I went to the gym three times. Soo, I think its okay.

okay, so I went on spring break and was completely computerless which meant I didn’t think about what I was eating, soooo…. I’m starting over.

1 breakfast pastry
2 servings of mini rice cakes

ate today:
trail mix
cheese potatoes and rib b ques (I work at an elementary, what do you want from me!!!)
teriyaki chicken, rice, and salad
and about 4 diet cokes
so, not doing so good on this one as of right now.
