I'm starting with 10. 12 months ago

I forgot yesterday, but I did 10 every day for maybe a week before that. Putting it on my to-do list and crossing it off every day should help that. I’ll go up to 15 next week, and keep raising by five until I get to a respectable amount (I haven’t decided what that will be just yet.)
