I’ve been going to bed at 11, maybe a bit later, and getting up at 6-6:10. The past few nights, I’ve gone to bed around 9? Maybe 10. Very good. Today I actually woke up at 5:38! I went back to sleep though. =[
I’m also taking less of my medication that makes me tired.

Well, near the end of summer, I was waking up to my alarm! I can’t do that anymore. =[ I’d just shut it off, and go back to sleep.
I go to bed some nights at 11, some at 12, some nights past that even. Some nights though, I’ve gone to bed at 9, and I still can’t get up at 5:45 or 6! I guess it all depends on when I take my medication. But on nights when I work say, and don’t get out til 9:45, chances are I won’t take it til 10, and I’m automaticly going to have a hard time waking up then.
I probably should be taking it at like, 7? 8? And trying to go to bed at 9 or 10.

Well, I’ve been going to bed between 12-1:45, and getting up about 9:30-10:45.
Not too bad.
School starts next week, so
I probably should go to bed earlier, but I just can’t make myself!

Mm, a good sleep schedule and summer never mix.
I’ve been going to bed between 1 and 4, sometimes 5 in the moring and getting up between 1 and 3 in the afternoon. Sometimes 10 or 11, but that’s only if I get a call to wake me up!
I don’t know. I wish I didn’t. I usually just end up on the computer, or watching a movie or something, so theres really no reason to even BE up. I woke up one morning at 9, because my brother had to take me somewhere, and it was much being up in the moring instead of waking up in the afternoon. I can’t seem to force myself to go to bed early. I’m sure I could actually, my medication makes me extremely tired. But, I don’t know, it just seems like the time would be spent better up.
I’ll go to sleep after this, and aim to go to sleep earlier tomorrow.
I think that sounds like a good idea.

Alrightt.
So, my sleeps never been too great.
I’ve always been a night owl.
I could never fall asleep or stay asleep, so I need medication.
And lately, my anxiety has been acting up so I’ve been ahving even more issues staying asleep and waking up and such!
So, my plan is to go to sleep between 10 and 10:30. 10:30 Being the lastest.
As for waking up, I really should have a set time, but where it’s 10:22 PM right now, I think I’ll figure that out tomorrow!
