I suck at this. I’ve lost 10lbs, but not the healthy way. I’ve lost some weight from being too busy to eat. Hopefully I can get my diet back on track starting Dec 9.
I suck at this. I’ve lost 10lbs, but not the healthy way. I’ve lost some weight from being too busy to eat. Hopefully I can get my diet back on track starting Dec 9.
I said I was going to start on Monday, but I feel that I should go ahead and start now that way if I’m going out to eat with relatives this weekend, I can alter certain meals. I wasn’t successful in getting up to run this morning, but today it is just so beautiful outside, so I think I might walk around my apartment complex a couple of time when I get home.
I went to the grocery store last night and picked up some things so that I can actually start eating breakfast and other things so I can cook dinner instead of eating out.
This mornings breakfast was: Two whole grain blueberry waffles, 2 pieces of candian bacon, a banana, and 8 oz of juice.
Starting on Monday, May 21, 2007 – I will begin my journey to losing these 30lbs with a change in my diet and my exercise regime (which is currently non-existent).
I will be attempting to get up and run in the morning.
