avocado shake 3 months ago

I went to someone’s house and they made me a this green shake. All it was: avocado, honey, milk, sugar to taste, blended together. I think it would be a long time befpore I got bored of this…the color alone is beautiful.

Heaven! I will include this in my morning menu…

now that i’ve put a time limit, I think it’s more do-able. cuz I’m not sure how well I would do if I said “eat a balanced breakfast for the rest of my life”. Maybe I’ll create a unique menu just to make it more fun (while being balanced)...let’s see…must percolate…

I often skip it. And I often eat a bigger dinner than I should. This should be easy what with all the prepackaged health food out there, fruits, dairy products. Its just that I wake up closer to lunch…harumph.
