It’s time to lose the last several pounds that I have to get rid of. Since the start of 2010, I’ve already lost 35 lbs, but I still have 30 (about 2 stones) to go.
A person’s body is their temple. You get only one when you start out this life and how long you live is based on how well you take care of it.
I’ve done a good job so far in repairing some damage from the last few years, but it’s time to kick it into high gear. For now on it’s daily physical activity, crossfit/bootcamp training, yoga, and tons of healthy eating to get to where I want to be.
