I survived the last major food fest and came out of it maintaining 113 even steven. Now, I must focus on not blowing it on Christmas, or New Years… or even tomorrow!

I weighed in at an even 113 pounds. Still working out pretty consistently but eating a little better. Replaced Oreos with Fudgesicles. At only 45 calories,they seem to satisfy my sweet tooth better.
This morning I weighed in at 113.4. I’m very happy because after a weekend in Vegas I saw my weight go up to 116. All my clothes felt tight and I felt like how a sausage looks. Been there (at 116) done with it. I’m fighting to stay at 113 right through old age if I can help it.
Started May at 112.6 and as of today I’m 112.8 lbs. It’s been a tough month to maintain but I’m hoping June will be better.
I haven’t worked for four days this long Memorial day weekend and I’ve gone up to 114.4 pounds. I haven’t been even eating a lot. This is what happens if I don’t work out. I can’t wait to go back to work at the spa doing massages tomorrow and to visit the gym. I really can’t wait. Maybe I’ll go for a walk today.
Went to the Dr’s and with clothes and shoes I was 113. So all in all I’m at 112. So delighted. I hope I can maintain over the weekend. The weekend is usually the downfall of my whole week’s progress. I’m wearing shorts that I bought about 3 years ago and they fit comfortably.
This is hard given my metabolism has slowed. I work out for at least 40 minutes a day 4 or 5 days a week. And I am a masseuse. I don’t fast food, fried food or stuff like that. My weakness? Candy. It’s my downfall.
