Not doing very well with this one right now 3 weeks ago

Lately I have felt driven to just eat, eat, eat!!! I don’t know what’s come over me, but I have to put a stop to it.

The number on the scale is still moving slowing in the right direction. As long as that trend continues, I will just keep on doing what I have been doing.

Still headed in the right direction. I’m eating better than I have in a long time.

The numbers on the scale are slowly moving downward. This is good. I’m in no hurry. As long as my weight keeps going down and I keep eating foods that are good for me, that makes me happy.

Continuing to make progess. I joined Weight Watchers online in order to give me some additional support and to have access to their online tools. Now I can track the foods I eat each day and daily activities. I also look forward to seeing my progress in weight loss and measurements as I continue to lose weight and exercise. I’m doing kind of minimal exercise right now because I’m so out of shape, but I figure as little as five minutes of aerobic exercise a day is better than none. It’s a start that I can build on.

Like I said before, not setting any speed records. As long as my weight keeps going down, that’s good. Trying to eat better, but still love desserts. Guess I should eat more fruit.

I’m not going to set any records for my pace of weight loss, but that’s not my intention. I just want to change my lifelong habits by eating better, controlling food portions, and incorporating exercise into my life.
