I have figured out what I think would be a really enjoyable, peaceful, uplifting morning routine that I would like to adopt. Since I am also working on getting up when the alarm goes off, I have decided that I will have to implement this new routine in stages. I have two shorter, simpler versions that I can start with as I am able to get up earlier and then move onto the one I really want.

I really need this badly. Right now I hit the snooze button and think about how tired I am and how badly I feel in the morning. Instead, I want to get up earlier and start my day on a positive note so I feel great when I step out the door.
