find an internship

Made some progress on this goal. I checked out internship information on my college website and came up with a task list of things to do to help with this. I signed up to a few internship-finder websites, and discovered a few upcoming internship-finding events on campus which I’m planning on attending. Unfortunately, I think I spent more time outlining how to look for internships than I did actually looking for one.

My parents have been bugging me to do this for months. I keep putting it off because I’ve been trying to focus on school, but I’m going to start looking now. I think a summer internship could work out well, especially if I can find a paid one so that I can stop worrying about finding a job. I just need to keep in mind that doing an internship is good for work experience and job contacts, and it might help me figure out what I want to do after I graduate.
