well i started off with eating better. that wasn’t taking me anywhere after 2 weeks. So I added exercise 4 times a week on set dates.
I lost 2 lbs this month. not the 4 i had hoped for but still i could have done worse.

So I’ve been taking more care about portion control, now im eating normal sizes. XD refusing to let people serve me HUGE plates of food.
It’s habit of not wanting to waste food that i try to eat all that’s on my plate. So other then eating 6-7 cups of veggies the other night. I am cutting down on the calories to what someone of my height needs.
After i get this eating thing down I am going to add exercise.
I guess 1 lb a week isn’t too much of an expectation, if nothing else I’d settle for 1/2 a lb. a week.
I will do it this year. I can do it. I know I can.
I just want and need to feel healthier. I just want to be within a range of weight that is perfect for my height and build.
I will do this the healthy way. I will in a since be eating the calories needed to maintain my goal weight (not much fewer then what i need for this) so I will be losing weight a healthy way while not losing it fast so I will keep it off.
I’ll drink a lot of water as well. Cut out soda, even diet soda, and if I crave it I will just drink bubbly water sicne that is what I crave from soda.
