Almost there!

The body-building is being SO MUCH PLEASURABLE!!! I was going 3 times per week, but yesterday I decided to go 5 times per week, just resting on weekends. My boyfriend and a friend helped and encouraged me to take this decision. So today I went to gym again to talk with my instructor and he made a new serie for me. It was divided in A and B. One day I work the upper body and in the next day I work the lower body, and so on. And everyday I do some abs (yes, the terrible one) and treadmill. But it’s really wonderful. Everyday I get out the gym tired, but happy and full of energy.



Body-building

After do my check-up exams, the doctor said I’m totally fine, able to do any physical activity I want to. So, last week I decided I will do body-building, and I’ve done my registration in the gym. I went 2 times till now. Sincerely, I thought it would be boring, but I’m loving it! When I finish, I feel just great. I don’t feel stressed, mentally tired or physically exhausted. I finish and come out with feelings of “Yeah, come on, the day it’s just beginning!”. This is absolutely great. I knew that physical activities brought us high quality of life, but I didn’t know that it would appear so fast.

I intend to go 3 to 4 times a week. Probably 3. I still want to play volley, I’m just waiting to some friends fix some time to play.



Good intentions

Lately I have been searching for what type of exercise it’s better for me actually. I simply love volley, but I unfortunatelly don’t have where to train in this half. So I was thinking in other activities, like swimming, cycling or get into a gym. But before decide and get seriously in one of these activities (or more than one), I went to a doctor to see if something is wrong. I hope don’t. When I go back, I will ask she a lot of things, like what type of physical activity it’s better for me, what I must take care, what to eat and don’t eat, and all these stuff of someone who wants to live better and healthy, finally.
