Now dealing with a neighbour from hell 3 years ago

He rents the house next door. Loud music, poker nights, taxis and people coming and going all hours etc…...

We’ve complained a couple of times but last night it got heated.

Think we’ll move sooner than later.

We need / want to move sometime next year. Thinking about getting the house valued before Christmas and maybe putting it on the market in the New Year.
