It is 8 am and i just got finished working out i burned 300 calories now it is off to work and good luck on not eating so much today.
also i now a website that can give you some thinspration it is called the skinny website.
I an really like the slim fast diet. I didnt think I could do it but Im not really Hungry. I figure all this time i have been eating out of boredness. I am going to keep doing this until I lose all 5o pounds Right now my goal is to lose 10 pounds by the end of january if not at least 5. I am in a hurry but im not I have been at my heaviest weight for 9 years nows and i want it gone but i wanna do it the healthy way and take my time.
has anyone tried slim fast and if so did it work for u?
i thought i share with you all a site i found it is called weightview.com and u can upload a picture and it will show you what u will look like at your goal weight so it can give u insperation it take 48 hours to get the pic back
what really sucks is ive been busting my butt on the treadmill burning up to 900 calories and ive gained 3 pounds instead of losing this is just so fustrating
today i ate alot like 1,715 that was awful
i walk on my treadmill for like 4 hours and burned 900 or more calories it wasnt alot because for 2 hours i walk slow.
start weight 150 pounds
current weight 141.1
goal weight 110
pounds to lose 31.1
this is the plan for today
2 hot dogs with french fries
only drink water
walking dvd 2 miles
boot camp dvd 20 minutes
treadmill 30 minutes
i need to drink more water and then i wouldnt eat as much because i would fill full. i drink probably 3 bottles of water a day and nothing elese
