I am so excited I checked the campus rec schedule and my yoga fits in perfectly w/my classes and running. It’s called Power Yoga (Ashtanga) and is at night. Can’t wait to start. I think I should buy myself some yoga toes.

I did Ashtanga my freshmen year in college and I really enjoyed the way it stretched out my entire body. It helped out with balance and state of mind as well. I would like to start up again second semester to elongate my body and calm my mind once again.
