-Made a salad from Copp’s: spinach/spring mix, artichokes, mushrooms, tri-colored peppers, chick peas, grape tomatoes, carrots, and mild salsa. Sprinkled some reduced fat cheese and italian dressing on it when I got home.
-Had the biggest salad ever today from Old School Bagel Cafe!! The Fiesta Fit: spinach, yellow squash, red and yellow peppers, artichoke hearts, black olives, feta, hard-boiled egg instead of chicken breast and salsa dressing. YUM-O (hate that saying by Rachel Ray but that was the first thing that came to mind)
-You pick two 1/2 greek salad from Panera. This seems to be the easiest way for me to eat raw.
