Wine is so versatile it can enhance something so fundamental as a hamburger, but at the same time it can ruin it. all you need is knowledge, the knowledge of what pairings are the right ones for you, and trying to offer that knowledge to others so that they may take it and twist it into their own =tastes and hopefully be happy in it. Ive begun over the last 3 or 4 years to really try to analyze the wines i drink but not to much otherwise you lose the point behind it. the point isnt to get drunk the point isnt to taste it then spit it out, the point is to have a good mix of the two.
