more fruits and veg, salads and less meat, less crisps.

I am feeling much better and generally have more energy than when I was eating pizza at 4am, drinking late or having crisps as snacks all the time.



Is that even possible ?

Well, I guess since I’ve stated that I want to do that, I actually have to find a way to achieve it.

I guess I should start with more vegetables and more fruits.

I’ll tell you how it went.
