I have been walking for about 5 minutes on the treadmill, and been doing some stretching, chi kong and weightlifting…
slowly. but surely.
Not that I will follow these to the letter, but they are good guideline sample routines

They seem to be pretty easy routines for starters, and I can adjust down if I need to as I need to compensate for my age…
Got to work on this one!... Hard to believe I used to be in such great physical shape…
