save more money

so I got all my Christmas shopping done so now I am able to put at least $50 from each check in my savings. So I’m really looking forward to seeing how well I do with this.

I’ve been putting all of the change I get whether it’s what I find on the ground or what I get back from buying something, in a cup and I don’t touch it. So I decided to wait until this cup gets full and then I’ll count it, roll it up, and take it to the bank and put into my savings account. Every penny counts!!

My mom just retired so she’s going to be able to help me do some yard sales this year, which should bring in a few hundred dollars, yeah we have that much stuff to get rid of. As long as I put it in the paper I have no doubt we’ll make that much money, and instead of spending it like I always do I plan on putting it in my savings account. I really need to get back on track with saving, I plan on saving $10-$25 from each paycheck, as long as I get consistent hours again, and then whatever I make from the internet and yard sales and things like that, I plan on taking that and putting it in my savings.

I just got a thing in the mail about starting my 401K plan at work…so maybe this might just be the thing to help me start saving!

Yeah this one is totally never going to happen for me…especially because it’s almost Christmas time and I’ve been spending all my money on Christmas gifts…UGH! and then I have baseball season right after that…hopefully the time between Christmas and baseball season, I can have a few hundred dollars stashed away….

If I’m actually able to use my college tuition on my taxes I’ll be able to save a lot of money…

I’ve had my savings account since I was 16, but now, I’m actually putting at least 10 dollars a week away in there. So this week I will now have 20 dollars, well plus the 25 that has to stay in there at all times. So yay on me trying to save money.

i’m slowly getting things paid off, so i’m getting closer and closer to being able to save

Until I get a job, and everything gets paid off…I’ll never be able to save money….sniff I’ll be poor my entire life.
