Last night I got home around 1 and I was able to change and go straight to bed, and then I was up by 10. I’m glad I’m able to go to bed and get up at reasonable times.

For the past six nights, I’ve been in bed before 1 and I’ve gotten up around 9. If I can keep this up for another two or three days, this one is considered done!
Last night I decided to be in bed by 12:30…wasn’t able to fall asleep until after 1:30 but hey that’s a start for me. I got up at 8:30, but I let myself go back to sleep for another 1 1/2. So for me I did really well on that. Now I just need to keep it up!
After one good night of being in bed before 2….it gets ruined….I was up until probably 4:45 last night…I just wish there were a way that I can get this under control….
I was able to turn off my computer and tv and just listen to some music, and I was able to be asleep by 2:15….not bad for someone who stays up until usually after 3. I ended up getting up around 10, I would have been up earlier than that but everyone in the world called so I kept going back to sleep. But I’m making progress!
For like three or four days I was able to go to bed before 2 and now I’m back to my can’t fall asleep until after 3 or 3:30…I’m still able to get up whenever….but the whole getting to bed is getting harder and harder….
I still can’t get myself to fall asleep before 3…I’ve been in bed by 1:30 the past two nights….still can’t fall asleep right away and I don’t get it because I’m super tired when I lie down too. Even when I was sick I was taking Nyquil and couldn’t fall asleep right away….it was always two hours after I took it…I’m able to get up alright…but the whole getting to bed thing is a problem
Right now this seems completely impossible for me. I’ve had a crazy weekend and now I’m sick…and you’d think since I was sick I’d be able to sleep more, yeh not really…so I’m hoping next week to get on a great sleeping schedule….I’m hoping….
I didn’t go to sleep until after 3, so I’m tired, but at least I’ve been up for over 25 minutes
I went to bed last night at 2:35 a.m. and this morning I was up at 10! That’s really good for me…same is going to happen for tonight and tomorrow. So hopefully I can keep it up.
