Ok… So this goal is not easy to get to. I need to put in lots of efforts. I first got myself in normal shape since last month and am exercising fairly well now. I run close to 3.5km everyday.
Now, I want a size pack.
So:
1. I should cut down on fats – I need to tell my cook to stop using too much oil
2. No more cakes/creams etc. – these things can be very less in quantity, but each bite I resist will help my.
3. No more coke/pepsi etc. – water will be better
More than all that, I need to get onto a balanced exercise regime. Say in a gym. Now, this is not possible until I am done with other academic goals. So, let me start doing some stretching exercises and push-ups to get my muscles worked up.
Obviously don’t stop running at all. The more you run, the better.
Finally, I need to ease my workload in office. Starting end of February, the project will be over and I shall start with easier stuff, keeping myself involved with teaching/training newcomers, etc. That can help me get time for my exercise regime. I need at least about 15 such free days to do my workouts well. And hopefully after April, I won’t have to work hard in office – I should have gotten an grad admission somewhere and I’ll resign from office soon after.
