So the week before last I worked out everyday, even if only for 15 minutes. Then last week hell broke loose & now I’m struggling to get it done again. I am going home to exercise today.



slow but sure

So I have a work conference the end of Feb & have to have a formal. So I am really trying to lose a little weith before then but my life is too hectic for a ‘diet’ so I am doing 3 things right now: limit myself to one soda a day, exercise everyday – even if only for a little bit, & no fast food. So we have an elyptical machine that has been sitting dormant. So I have gotten on every day for the last week. It is a small start but I am excited about it!
