I did it!

Last summer I climbed a ton and my crack climbing skills improved significantly but I still am not climbing boldly or confidently. That will be my next climbing goal.

Japanese Gardens (5.10a, short version), Index, WA

I hung once :(

Karate Crack (5.10a), Smith Rock, OR

I climbed this years ago. It was way above my head at the time and I fell and hung many times.

Breakfast of Champions (5.10a), Index, WA

Onsight redpoint. Very fun!

City Park (10b 2nd pitch), Index, WA

For some reason it took me about 4 tries on different days to redpoint the crux. It’s a fun pitch and good practice for falling on gear (small nuts).

Sagittarius (5.10b), Index, WA

Hung while exiting the 5.9 chimney, but the 10b laybacking wasn’t bad.

Exasperator (5.10c), Squamish

Onsighted first half then took a fall on the upper crux.

Seasoned in the Sun (5.10a), Squamish

Onsight redpoint

Heart of the Country (5.10a), Index, WA

Redpoint

2) The Zip (10a)

I hung once
