Now that I got to my goal (175 lb). I am resetting it. I think I can pull off 150.

I haven’t lost weight. Indeed I’ve gained five pounds.

However, I am way thinner! I have been lifting weights frequently in the past few months. I have been becoming more muscular and toned (and less soft-like, you know?).

Muscle weighs more but it takes up less space.

I’ve lost nearly 80 pounds so far and I love it!
However 20 more pounds wouldn’t hurt. If it doesn’t come off I’m fine the way I am. I am going for 150 pounds.
