To anyone considering getting a nose job, if you feel you really want it, just do it. The whole social stigma on plastic surgery is ridiculous. Be happy. But I would advise getting it done by a professional cosmetic surgeon rather than for free because you get what you pay for. <<
Got it done two summers ago.
My nose didn’t always have a bump but when I was about 17, I started feeling pressure in the center of my face, which caused a lot of headaches and it happened every single day. Then a bump started to form and blue line, like a vein between my eyes and eventually when I got to 18 I found I couldn’t breathe when I lay down.
So, it was a pretty quick decision. The week after my birthday I went for a consultation with a cosmetic surgeon and a month later I went for the surgery.
I could have gotten it done for free by the ENT but I wanted the dump gone, not just the ability to breathe.
He said that it looked as though I had broken my nose and hadn’t had it set correctly and that there was fluid collecting in the…diff…………some word I can’t remember __
Now it’s straight, flawless and cute, like when I was younger. =] And I adore it and I regret nothing. It was a painless process and the swelling went down after only two weeks.
