Well, since Jan 1st I have completely gotten back into being 100% vegetarian. I’ve also almost completely stopped eating junk food of any kind. I haven’t touch chips or pop in any way shape or form since New Years Eve. I’ve practically got the food part of losing weight down, now I just need to get an exercise routine. In a month I’m moving to Vancouver and there is an all women’s fitness gym there that I’m planning on getting a membership at. I also have a workout partner, which will make things easier and funner. And when the weather is a bit nicer I totally plan on getting into HoopDance and ordering the DVDs and an amazing hoop from www.hoopnotica.com, which should be oodles of fun. Yay!
