I’ve been lifting weights every day for 3 weeks (about 30 minutes a day). Is it okay to lift weights every day or should I really give myself a rest day? My arms never felt sore until I woke up this morning. I thought about making today a rest day, but I just went about my day and my arms didn’t feel sore in the afternoon, so I decided to just workout and lift weights. I know that I’ll feel guilty if I take a rest day. I have one coming up at the end of June though, which is pretty much mandatory since I can’t do any heavy lifting for 24 hours after donating blood.

I lifted weights every day this week. The dumbbell exercises that I usually do are the one-arm overhead extensions, classic forward curls, supinated curls, side lateral raises, and military presses.
Oh yeah…I’ve also been lifting my own body weight by doing push ups and sit-ups every day too…
I borrowed this book called Smart Girls do Dumbbells and there are many more exercises in it that I want to try out…
