I’m 50. Given my family history it would be VERY good to lose 10 pounds. Steps I’m taking:
1. Eating at least 3 fruits and vegetables a day.
2. Limit sugary snacks. (2)
3. Working out at Y.
4. Meeting with personal trainer.
