Visit Sanibel Island every year

We had a beautiful week on Sanibel Island. The weather was perfect and we spent time walking and sunning on the beach. In the mornings we hung out at the pool or did some shopping. We really relaxed. I still feel relaxed today. This is always a no stress vacation.

Jamie my younger son joined us in the middle of the week and it was very nostalgic for him because he was the kid who always looked forward to going with us. We spent some quality time together. He stayed for 2 days and flew back on Thursday morning when the air traffic got stopped because of a gliche and he was an hour late at getting home. He had an interview that morning at eleven and just made it by ten minutes.
Talk about praying!!!

Well we are back from our paradise on the beach and it is Monday morning. Time to get on with the Thanksgiving Dinner.

As always I cant wait.

We have time share in Mexico which we mostly give away to my son. So, this year Michael wants to use it. Which is O.K. with me because I can practice my spanish even though I doubt if I’ll need it.
Next year we are hoping to take our grand daughter along with her parents to Sanibel Island.

Every time we go I really dont want to leave. maybe someday I will end up there for good. If I win the lottery !!

I love Sanibel Islands peaceful beaches and beautiful wildlife. This is a place where you can relax and really get some rest and have a great time too. I love all the restaurants and shops. I love to listen to the beach at night while I fall asleep.

I haven’t visited for the last two years because my dog was too sick for me to leave with anyone but she has passed away this Fathers Day. I couldn’t have gone and left her because she had so many special needs. Although I miss her so much I am looking forward to going back to our special vacation.
