Second Cigarette

I haven’t smoked in my bedroom since my last entry. Moving the computer out helped. Now it’s time to get rid of the next one. I guess that’s the ones I smoke in the car.

The First Cigarette

to go is the one I am not going to smoke in my bedroom anymore. Then the ones in my car, and then I’ll banish myself to outside smoking only. Then hopefully I will be ready to quit.

Quit Date

I know that I’m going to have to pick a quit date. I fail at this every time. I’d like to just put the cigarettes away and never have one again. Divine intervention would be nice. But, whenever that happens I usually get so sick I CAN’T smoke and being sick is no fun. April 1, 2007 is an option. The pressure is on now. What a battle. If I don’t quit by April 1, 2007, I’ll put a nicoderm patch on and start the cessation process.
