take more art classes now that I'm working again

I’ve heard rave reviews about Cheryl Baird and Ben Smith, from several artists. Eula Ginsburg is another teacher I need to check out.

I just finished a portrait painting class at Chastain, whichh was great practice, although I didn’t think the teaching was that great. My weekly Wed. night painting sessions have been going well, and this coming weekend I’ve signed up for a full-weekend workshop on Alla Prima oil painting. So lots going on here…

• perspective
• plein air painting

Haven’t done this in Fall 07, although 2008’s right around the corner. I really would like to take an art anatomy class. I’d like to go on an artist retreat or take an out-of-state workshop sometime soon. There’s an art school in Scottsdale, Arizona that is highly-regarded with excellent art teachers.
